  • Réseau MAM on a mission in Laâyoune: economic cooperation, industrial zone, and health.

On February 26, 2025, Réseau MAM (Morocco-Africa-Mediterranean), represented by its president Khalid ZOUBAA, was honored with an invitation from Sidi Hamdi Ould Errachid, President of the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra Regional Council, following the visit of a delegation from the French Senate.

Visit of infrastructures and industrial zone

This strategic meeting helped to strengthen bilateral exchanges and explore the foundations for future economic and industrial collaborations. A visit to key infrastructures in the region notably allowed observing the progress of the Laâyoune industrial zone project, an essential driver of economic development and attractiveness for investors.

Participation in the Laâyoune Economic Fair

Réseau MAM also took part in a preparatory meeting for the Laâyoune Economic Fair, scheduled for 2025. This upcoming event will bring together the main economic actors of the region and will enable Réseau MAM to mobilize a group of entrepreneurs from its business network.

Commitment to medical cooperation

Finally, Réseau MAM participated in the First Morocco-USA Medical Days, organized by the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Laâyoune in partnership with the St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center of New York. This initiative illustrates the importance of scientific and medical cooperation in service of territorial development.

Réseau MAM warmly thanks Sidi Hamdi Ould Errachid and the Moroccan authorities for their hospitality and commitment to regional development and international partnerships.
